The idea of this gift I made for a friend came to mind during a work meeting. During a call with video on, I spied a bookshelf and thought to myself, a nice set of coasters would fit well into the scene and complement that bottle of whisky. I’m quite happy with how this turned out, especially the coasters themselves. There is an timelessness, a maturity, and an elegance to the walnut and maple combination that never fails to impress.
